Juvenile Jackdaw- Corvus monedula

Heard these little noises coming from out side my back door so had a peak through the window and he was on the sill. Jumped down to the back door step and the parents were making quite a fuss on my arrival so quickly grabbed my camera and here a some of th photos I took and they are full frames nothing cropped. No enhancement at all just reduced by size
He / she is so cute with it's baby blue eyes

I just couldn't believe my luck. Here I was stuck in waiting for the engineer and right on my back door step.
They apparently have a nest in the chimney of the house next door. The baby must have slid down the roof and fallen off when he hit the gutter. Awww
