    Not the best quality (an old picture before I realised that I really needed to increase the quality taken ). But I love the big feather in her beak.

    But what you are not going to realise is that she faffed around for ages on the roof, interacting with a male and generally wandering about but all with the blinkin' feather in her mouth. I'm not sure if she remembered that she was carrying it!

    She did eventually go into the nest.

    most of my efforts are digi-scoped, using an opticron hr66 scope, pentax optio v15 digital camera and homemade adaptor.+ a panasonic lumix fz28
