Digidarks 'Final Drop' prompted me to post this image of one of the 'falls' at Ingleton. It is taken using slow shutter speed to create the 'cotton wool' effect. I must confess to finding the result of this experiment rather pleasing.

Yes, I like the flowing effect, nothing very near me to practice on, but I guess I could go up to the weir at Pangbourne and take a few shots.
Know the place well. Stayed in Ingleton a couple of years ago and did the waterfall walk (that is some hike and most of it upwards). Staying there again from Thursday for 3 Days. Travelling to Fleetwood from there. I have a few pics of the falls on this site.
