    The worlds largest gulls. I captured on the Exe estuary they stayed closely together all of the time.
    They are omnivorous and feed on shellfish birds and carrion.

    most of my efforts are digi-scoped, using an opticron hr66 scope, pentax optio v15 digital camera and homemade adaptor.+ a panasonic lumix fz28

    Yes Andy . They are and there is a sequence some in the forum of one trying to get a crab from a cormorant. went on for about 10 minutes , the gull won. Heck of a to-do . I think I put 12 pics up out of about 20 +
