Both within a few feet of me in the garden this afternoon, photo taken with the little fuji S5000, as I was supposed to be taking video clips
That's nice . Well captured.
Nice one rolf, I am waiting for my robin juveniles to appear any day soon I hope.
They seem to be well spread out timewise Babs, as i still have one Robin feeding in the nest, but two juveniles in the garden as well.
They do some times grow at differnt paces i think.
I treated our robins to some mealworms at the weekend, they collect three to four at a time. I was putting some out in the morning and then some when I came home from work. About seven o'clock I looked out of the kitchen window to see the robin on the archway looking at the patio doors. I didn't do anything but when I looked again he was on the rotary washing line again at the patio doors. I gave in and put some more meal worm out. anyway I have just been stood by my hide having a look around and there at my feet was the robin looking up at me hopefully.........well that longing look worked and he got some more
I put them (mealworms) out and within a couple of minutes there's a Starling there, don't know how they know. :
