    Default Rose-Ringed Parakeet

Rose-Ringed Parakeet, or Indian Ring neck
These parakeets are truly lovely..........as pets. I had two of them a green on and a blue one.
The male has a rose ring topped in black and is very beautiful . Thn feeamle has no ring at all. The ring starts under the beak like a bib and narrows out ti a thin ring of rose and black. They are indigenous to India and have taken up residence in the UK. They grow to 17 inches and are incredibly loud
