    This bird was in the bushes so it's a bit dark.

    To you its a Dunnock to me its a sparrow...Oh! well I shall get there eventually

    I'm not that familier with bird name. Chocky is more clued up.
    It's the colar apparrenly it is grey/blue and does not have the bklack bib of the house Sparrow.

    most of my efforts are digi-scoped, using an opticron hr66 scope, pentax optio v15 digital camera and homemade adaptor.+ a panasonic lumix fz28

    they used to be referred to as hedge sparrows but arent really sparrows at all. the dunnock is a really striking bird when viewed up close. lots of subtle streaking and blue tinges. but sadly is usually overlooked as a l.b.j. (little brown job) by many birders. nice picture. blue j.
