Jo Ninety. Got the whole series on VHS my favorite.:banana(1):
Not sure whether that's sad or not. ;) :-lmao
Mystery TV Theme Tune 122
I'm not sad.
It was better than Thunderbird's With Traceys swivel chair in his space ship Lol He always swiveled upright :-rofl I have most of those on VHS too. They belong to the kids
Can't place this last one.
Didn't watch much of Joe 90, as I didn't like his glasses, perhaps he should've gone to Specsavers. :-lmao
Lol His specs made him handsome. Actually I think it was the music I liked I don't know . I wouldn't watch it now but the VHS tapes are collectibles (to collectors)
Now which era am I listening to ?
Early 70s, British made.
Is that the Search series?
Oh right . Back to the drawing board
No, don't know that series. :)
American . Burgis Meridith Anthony Francisca oh well never mind it was really good. :) Lo o o o o ng time ago
No Hidin Place?
inspector Lockhart
I don't some how think so I think hat had the old fashioned Bently / Rolls with the police bell ringing
No Hiding place was much earlier.
Oh. Well I have been asleep since then
I don't think it was Fabien of the Yard
It sounds like it was a police series.
Traitor ?
John Lemesuriea (however it's spelt)
Nope, not that one.
Don't remember many others. Gidions's Way was a favorite but I think too early . John Gregson.
He used to have his car serviced in one of our Mews garages.
I was brought up in a Mews you know (not a posh one ) There was still one stable at the bottom of the Mews where they kept a film horse(The Galloping Major)
Secret Army?
No, neither of those.
Oh dear.
This is going to be a guessing game because I don't know this one.
could it beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Madigan ?
Early 70s, British made.
I don't know what Madigan was I just remember I used to watch a TV series with that name.
Oh dear. I'm not doing too well here am I?
Let me see I was in Holland until 73
Well That leave MI5 ?
No, it was an ecological drama. :)
Right Clue time. :13:
Was it Peyton Place
Don't think so . That was a sort of romantic-y tune wasn't it?
This tune sounds very dramatic .Heavy sort of
No, it is a British made, ecological drama, turned into a cult series and was ahead of its time.
One of the actors who's character was killed off at the end of the first series, went on to be a big name on the stage and Tv and in one of his more recent TV series, co-starred with a root vegetable. :)
Could that be The Beat?
Jo90 didn't go to Specsavers because they play the music backwards in their adverts. :-rofl
I don't know.
What is an ecological drama? Educate me :)
It is a drama which concentrates on the ecology of the nation,
Chambers definition: ecology noun 1 the relationship between living things and their surroundings. 2 the study of plants, animals, peoples and institutions, in relation to environment. ecologic or ecological adj 1 relating to, or concerned with, ecology. 2 said of policies, methods, practices or products: beneficial to the natural environment
but as important is the root vegetable clue, should be a dead giveaway. ;)
Well you know. I think I understand but will most probably forget. (rather complicated):-lmao
I thought of Beat root you see. That is what made me think of The Beat I don't know what sort of prog that was , probably police.:biggrinbounce:
Is it that program where they go to live in the country on a farm. Em , what is it it called with Caroline Quentin.(from rent-a-gob).
Just can't think of it's name, :-hide
